Taking your blood sample is simple.

The Ideal Omega Blood Test uses a matchbook style blood collection card, to allow for a safe and efficient method of easy sample collection, identification and transportation. Simply wash your hands, choose your finger and massage it to improve blood circulation. Prick the finger tip and wipe away the first drop of blood with a clean tissue. Squeeze your finger gently to obtain a drop of blood and apply the blood drop to at least two of the four sample collection areas on the collection card. Allow to dry for a minimum of 3 hours. When dry, close the blood collection card and place in the plastic storage bag with the desiccant pouche. Post immediately the same day in the freepost envelope provided to Essential Health Diagnostics.
