 Ankylosing SpondylitisI have a combination of arthritis, sciatica and ankylosing spondylitis. For many years I've suffered with pains across my back and pelvic area, as well as radiating from my hips down my legs and in my knees. I have experienced great difficulty walking; to the point of having my posture be quite distorted. I've had to climb on my hands and knees to get up the stairs in my house. After taking Moducare for two days, I felt as if a huge crane had lifted up my spine, and the pain in my back and pelvis disappeared. I no longer have the pain in my hips and down my legs.  Colds and FluI am writing to tell you how very much I have benefited from taking Moducare to enhance my immune system. As I mentioned, for about the past eight years, every time I caught a cold it would be endless and had to be assisted by antibiotics, which I detest. I heard Professor Bouic talk about sterols and sterolins on CIQC Radio 600 in Montreal (a program sponsored by John Brody of the Health Tree Health Food Store) about four months ago. In the beginning I took three capsules daily, but now that my immune system is stronger, I only take one every morning. I take more if I have been in contact with people who have colds. The Sydney Flu is rampant here in Montreal, but so far I have managed to avoid it and I hope to continue to do so. I cannot say enough about Moducare. I have spoken to John Brody on the radio telling him so, and every time I am in the Health Tree I sing the praises of Moducare.  Rheumatoid ArthritisIn March of 1996, at the age of 53, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. It hit me so hard that I was literally playing squash one week, and flat on my back the next. It was severe onset. I could barely walk, and when I saw an R.A. specialist in May of ’96, he told me that if I didn’t go on his course of drugs, that I would be in a wheel chair by Christmas! No mention of exercise or diet. I knew there had to be a better way. Previous to my diagnosis, I had led a healthy life, (I thought) but had all my life been a highly allergic person. I had constant asthma, sinus problems and various allergies and experienced approximately ten years of steroid therapy. My immune system was shot!! My husband and I are in the health field, so for the next two years I tried every treatment and remedy that we knew of, with marginal success. I still couldn’t work more than a few hours, and had constantly swollen joints. A trip to a Naturopath was helpful. I had the Eliza-rast blood test done which showed my food allergies and I set about changing my diet. In the fall of 1998, over 2 years since my diagnosis, my husband and I were busy running a health food store. I was still struggling. I still couldn’t work a full day and could not participate in any exercise without pain and swelling. At that time, my husband suggested that I add Moducare to my already healthy intake of supplements. With some skepticism, I agreed. After the first month I persisted with the encouragement of my husband and my friends. Gradually, as each month went by, I began to feel better, and by the summer of 1999 I was testing R.A. negative with blood tests done by my Doctor. I can now work a full day, and I am starting to add exercise and workouts at the gym to my life that I never would have thought possible. I believe that next to Moducare my diet is very important, and I know that I must stay away from foods that trigger allergies in my body. Because of the severe onset of my arthritis, I have permanent damage to my joints and I still have flareups if I cheat on my diet, but, perhaps with the extended use of Moducare, I may be able to eliminate my food allergies too! Thanks to Moducare, I believe that my immune system is finally balancing out, and that I have control over this autoimmune disease, - - It does not have control over me!! And that is the best feeling in the world.

Just a short note to relate my positive experience with Moducare . I have had rheumatoid arthritis for several years, which my specialist was treating with drugs: prednisone, methotrexate, naprosen, and plaquinal, none of which cure the disease, and all of which have many serious side effects. I started taking Moducare at the end of November, 1998, then after a few days I cut my drug intake in half. At the end of December, I stopped taking all drugs. Since I have been taking Moducare I feel much better, so in my opinion Moducare really does work. Sincerely

Since taking Moducare the inflammation of my finger joints has improved considerably. It might not be a cure, but it certainly stops the pain and seems to improve arthritic conditions in general. I can play golf again without the dreadful pain in my fingers and arms.

For months I have been suffering from a form of inflammatory arthritis diagnosed potentially as rheumatoid arthritis. A major symptom is that my fingers swell to the point that I have had to have my rings enlarged on two occasions. I had been on anti-inflammatory drugs, which did little other than upset my stomach. To that was added a recommendation for a stronger secondary medication, but I didn't want to take the risk. I first heard about Moducare at a health food store. They gave me some written material to read about the product, which was very positive. Although skeptical, I decided to try it. After being on Moducare for about 2 ½ months, I am pleased that much of my stiffness is gone and the pain in general has decreased. The best part is that I have had no further swelling anywhere in my body, and the swelling in my fingers has decreased to the point where my rings are now loose. My symptoms have improved so much that I have stopped altogether the anti-inflammatory that was prescribed. To my surprise and joy, I have had no further deterioration! I will continue to rely on Moducare.

 Juvenile Rheumatoid ArthritisMy son has been on Moducare for several months. We weaned him off cortisone after a month and have stopped the disprin too and he seems to be in complete remission. Dr... says it's the most easily controlled case of JRA he has ever seen. Whether this is due to him starting Moducare so soon or not, who knows, but I'm certainly not stopping it.

 Hepatitis CTo whom it may concern, I contracted Hepatitis C in 1978 from a blood transfusion. This disease made me very tired, and I felt older than my 55 years. Sometimes I just couldn't get out of bed. I call those my "Hep Days". I recently purchased a bottle of Moducare , hoping to build up my immune system and improve the state of my liver. I soon noticed that I was feeling much better than I had in long time. I was able to get up every day and felt like going out again. When I finished the first bottle of Moducare, I had my liver tested. My doctor just scratched his head in amazement, because my anti-HCV antibody count had gone from 58 to 28 in that short period of time. I have been suffering with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia for the last fifteen years. During that time I have seen over 200 doctors, healers, therapists, etc. - all to little or no avail.  Hashimoto's DiseaseI have Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disorder of the thyroid gland, complicated by arthritis in my hands and wrists, as well as some fibromyalgia-type pain in my forearm. Although the symptoms can come and go at random, when they come it is very debilitating. Sometimes I can't hold anything, drive properly, and so forth. A while back, I read about Moducare and decided to give it a try. I did my own small experiment with it. I used for a month or so, and then went off it, then back on again for about a month and a half. The idea was to see if it would help and whether I could notice a difference. With Hashimoto's disease, even when you are taking replacement hormones you have good and bad days. During both the periods of time when I was taking , my good days increased, the hand pain went away, and the fibro-type arm pain disappeared. When I went off , the problems began to return. I am pretty convinced that was instrumental in alleviating my symptoms. As I say, Hashimoto's can be a very wearing, tiring disease, and I definitely felt improvements with Moducare. I use many natural products from time to time, and some work and some don't seem to. Moducare really impressed me. I think it's one of the new natural products that really does work.  Overall Well BeingI have noticed a marked improvement in my digestion, the return of a normal sleep pattern and a sense of feeling good when I wake up.
