| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from the EU, apart from the UK, or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency. We accept Visa Credit and Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. | Shipping And Handling All orders are sent by 1st class post to the UK and the rest of the EU. For orders to the UK postage and packing is included in the price. For orders to the rest of the EU a postage charge will be levied at cost price. |
| Delivery Schedule If your order is received before 1330 UK time Monday to Friday it will be posted that day, received before 0930 UK time on Saturday it will be posted that day, received after 0930 UK time on Saturday it will be posted on Monday. This is to tie into the guarantees posting time from Guernsey. Orders to the UK will normally be received in under 3 working days. Orders to the rest of the EU will normally be received in under 5 working days. |
